:: Double geometric oversized center medallions with unique slight asymmetric mapping framed within two panels enveloped by hook and latch germinating blossoms. Heavy abrashes across. Colors and shades include: Faded raspberry red, cochineal red, ivory, dusty saffron yellow, pale tangerine orange, slate blue, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even short pile across. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. One end measures 2'3" whereas the opposing measures 2'7". This variation is within normal margins for hand knotted rugs of this type, age, and size. One area of expert restoration localized to the main field. Slight contour to shape with minor bowing, within normal margin for type and age. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side.
